Cilgwyn Bach is located in Pontwelly on the outskirts of Llandysul some 15.5 miles north of the town of Carmarthen, the site comprises of several plots at various prices and sizes.
Llandysul sits on the river Teifi which is renowned for its river fishing, it is also the location of a world-class canoeing centre which attracts many people to the area all year round.

Llandysul is a small town and community in the county of Ceredigion, Wales. As a community it consists of the villages of Capel Dewi, Horeb, Pont Sian, Pren-Gwyn, Tregroes, Rhydowen and the village of Llandysul itself. At the 2001 Census the community had a population of 1,484, reducing to 1,439 at the 2011 Census. Llandysul lies in the valley of the River Teifi and is visited for its fishing and canoeing. The wider community has a population of 2,732, as of 2011.
The nearby town of Carmarthen has a modern shopping centre, including a Tesco Super Store, Morrisons, LIDL, ALDI, Debenhams and a Marks & Spencer’s which makes it a great shopping experience.
Carmarthen has a leisure centre, bowling alley and a multi-screen cinema.
Additionally, the town is the location of the West Wales General Hospital (Glangwili), Dyfed Powys Police Head Quarters and Trinity St Davids which is part of the University of Wales.
Carmarthen is a very up and coming town with many large companies moving into the area, in 2018 S4C opened its £6,000,000 High Tech Headquarters on the grounds of the Trinity St Davids Campus.
