Do I Need Planning Permission When I Buy A Plot?
Each of our plots have planning permission but you will need to obtain further planning permission for your individual design through the local planning authority, in this case it is Carmarthenshire County Council. On our development specific pages you will find design parameters which have been defined by the planning authority and Sancler Property.
How Do I Go About Buying A Plot Off Sancler Property?
The first think you need to do is express an interest in a plot by calling us on 01994 231 377 or emailing sales@sanclerproperty.co.uk, once you have expressed an interest in a particular plot we will then instruct our solicitors to contact your solicitor and then the contracts will be drawn up, once this is done it typically takes around 1 month to get everything signed off.
