A luxury mixed development of 3 & 4 bedroom family homes
Pludds Meadow is one of our completed developments — 24 new build homes within the township of Laugharne, overlooking the town and the Tâf estuary. Every home has now been sold. We keep the development here as a record of what Sancler Property builds, and of the standard buyers can expect from us.
The homes were built to the highest of standards, all carrying a ten-year NHBC Buildmark warranty and constructed using traditional building methods with a high specification throughout, including:
Underfloor heating to ground and first floor
Slate sills internally and externally
Porcelain floor tiles to the ground floor
Contemporary stainless steel ironmongery throughout
Aluminium bi-fold doors to the terrace
NHBC Pride in the Job — Award-Winning Development. Pludds Meadow is where Salem Construction (the construction arm of Sancler Property) picked up three separate awards in the NHBC Welsh Regional Awards in 2021, including Best Site in the Under-50-Homes category for Wales. The judging was assessed across six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.

Living in Laugharne
The medieval township of Laugharne sits on the estuary of the River Tâf, around 12 miles south of the market town of Carmarthen. It is a thriving, community-driven town with a wide range of amenities — a chemist, convenience store, delicatessen, cafes, a doctor’s surgery, public houses, restaurants and hotels — all within walking distance of Pludds Meadow.
The town has a community hall with something on most days — pilates, yoga, a historical group, the Corran choir and a local WI group. There is a rugby team spanning every age group and a cricket team playing in the Pembrokeshire League. Laugharne sits on the All Wales Coast Path, and Pendine’s seven miles of sand are a few minutes west.
Located just 32 miles from the M4, Laugharne is well connected, with the nearby market town of Carmarthen offering the bigger shops, the mainline railway station, West Wales General Hospital (Glangwili) and Trinity Saint David.
