This privacy notice explains how Sancler Property collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or make an enquiry with us, and sets out your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
This website is operated by Sancler 3 Ltd, trading as Sancler Property (company number 6997963), whose office is Globe House, Market Street, Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, SA33 4SA. What information we collect
When you complete an enquiry or register-your-interest form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, the development or property you are interested in, and any message you send us. Our web host also records standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in its server logs.
We do not collect payment card details, passwords or account information through this website, and we do not take payments here.
How we use your information, and our lawful basis
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, to send you information about the development or property you asked about, and to arrange viewings. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up your enquiry. If you ask us to keep you updated about future releases, we will do so only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers (“processors”) who act only on our instructions: this website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiries are stored in Airtable, which we use to manage and respond to them. We may also pass your enquiry to our appointed selling agent where they are handling enquiries for a development. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry information for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (normally up to 24 months), after which we delete it — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or we are required to keep it longer by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to restrict or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@sanclerproperty.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
